The beginning
It started with a WhatsApp message.
Like most ecommerce businesses in Pakistan, orders came through WhatsApp — screenshots of products, addresses typed in Roman Urdu, payment preferences mixed in with casual conversation. Our founder watched his sister spend four hours every evening copying these messages into a notebook, then into a spreadsheet, then visiting three different courier websites to compare rates. One typo meant a lost package. One missed message meant an angry customer. There had to be a better way.
The realization
The problem was everywhere.
We started talking to other sellers — clothing brands in Karachi, electronics resellers in Lahore, home-based businesses in Islamabad. Every single one had the same story. They were spending more time on operations than on actually growing their business. They were losing money to manual errors. They were burning out. And the tools available were either too expensive, too complicated, or built for businesses in countries where ecommerce works differently.
